1. The United States Volleyball League is looking for volunteers. If you enjoy volleyball, would like to learn how to coach volleyball or enjoy working with children, then this is the perfect opportunity to give back to the community.

2. Ten Thousand Villages is a fair trade, nonprofit store selling merchandise from artisans from developing countries. They are looking for student volunteers to be sales associates at their store

Students will be required to volunteer two three-hour shifts a month (their choice of shift time), and a 20% discount off merchandise in the store.

The next training session will be held at the Redondo Beach Store, 1907 S. Catalina Avenue. Redondo Beach, CA, 310-465-1600 from 8:30-10:00 AM on Saturday, February 24.

3. Eve & Gene Summer Medical Career Program Applications are open for the Eve & Gene Black Summer Medical Career Program. This is a great medical mentorship/internship program.
